Terms of Engagement & Service

The Platform operates a multi-modal marketplace and recruitment mesh supporting distinct user roles:

• Professionals & Talent: Users listing skills, certified achievements, portfolios, and accepting job placements or project engagements.
• Employers & Recruiters: Organizations or agents posting job vacancies, running recruitment cycles, unlocking candidate contact details, and executing Terms of Reference (TOR).
• Marketplace Sellers & Buyers: Entities purchasing hardware, digital equipment, subscriptions, or professional services via our WooCommerce integration.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your authentication credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify K4B Pro security immediately of any unauthorized account access.

K4B Pro integrates direct API connectors with Moodle LMS and identity verification engines. Verification badges (Gold, Silver, Certified) reflect verified coursework, official test scores, or verified document submissions.

When recruiters engage professionals through K4B Pro recruitment cycles or project requests, both parties agree to execute an official Terms of Reference (TOR) Agreement. The TOR governs project scope, deliverables, compensation, placement fees, and confidentiality commitments.

K4B Pro acts as an independent matchmaking & transaction infrastructure provider. Unless explicitly stated in a written contract signed by an authorized officer, K4B Pro is not an employer, co-employer, or joint venture partner of any listed talent.

Transactions on K4B Pro (subscription tiers, visibility passes, contact reveals, and hardware marketplace purchases) are processed through secure payment gateways including Chapa and Telebirr.

• Service Fees: Platform transaction fees or recruiter placement commission percentages are displayed at checkout prior to final payment authorization.
• Refund Policy: Contact unlock fees and completed subscription periods are non-refundable once unlocked access or badge propagation has executed, except in cases of verified platform error.

All platform software, user interface design, logos, search algorithms, AI matching frameworks, and site content are the exclusive intellectual property of K4B Pro. Users maintain ownership over their uploaded portfolio work and profile media.

You agree not to crawl, scrape, reverse-engineer, send automated spam inquiries, or misuse candidate contact information obtained through the Platform for unauthorized cold outreach outside agreed recruitment parameters.

The Platform is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. K4B Pro makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding continuous uptime, job placement guarantees, or candidate suitability beyond verified profile scores.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, K4B Pro shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from platform downtime, service interruptions, or third-party seller disputes.

K4B Pro reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate platform policies or engage in fraudulent activity without prior notice.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which K4B Pro is officially registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
