Depending on subscription tiers and the 'Marketplace Visibility Policy' variables configured by superadmins, unlocked contacts (raw phone/email) remain visible to recruiters for a set duration (e.g., 7 or 30 days) before access expires.

Superadmins define global matchmaking metrics inside the AI & Analytics Controls. If you have admin access, you can adjust the match confidence threshold (default is 75%). Only candidates whose professional stacked metrics score above this percentage will be suggested to recruiters.
